Looking good my friend! I do have to say, you will probably need to paint over that red stripe you have on the wall there- maybe a nice lime green!
Oh, and not to split hairs here but, Numero Uno is Spanish... You may be looking for something like nĂºmero um (Portuguese) :P
-
Great Keep them coming. Maybe some video when your runnin.
-
Its not much. Simple 2 color on a tote panel. Taken with a cell phone. Thats all I got. Hopefully I can start taking some more but when you are loading and unloading, you can't take video.

Man, that is one quiet, smooth press.
But I'll tell you right now, Alan isn't impressed. You double stroked your white. ;)
-
Very Nice, keep the videos coming.

I butchered the video. I'm no Spielberg apparently. Forgot to hit end sequence. Usually pause the flashes when they are done so it doesn't add time and I messed it all up. But hey... I don't know what order this are coming in but 1 is the first half of the print (yes the loud snapping noise is me printing the board), the second is the last half of the print and the short one just shows the final print with the laser markers. enjoy

Oh and the navy that prints in the opposite direction is because the films we had didn't have reggie marks for the PRU so the were registered so far out that this was the only way to get it to work. I know, I know

UMMM!? 4 lasers?! Who's squeegee did you have to "sharpen" to get 4 ;) Mine only came with 3!!
-
How much was the laser guide option? Or was it standard? Assuming you don't mind answering that kind of a question. It's ok if you'd rather not discuss.

to be honest, i don't know. when I saw the pictures I was only getting 2 but there space for 4. I think the additional lasers were around $250 each. The lasers come on the set-up. My guess would be that you would have to get the Universal Laser system and then somehow adapt it to the press. Those cheap harbor freight deals are awful. they completely suck

Not sure what Mr. Numero UNO(Ryan) did for his 4, but the ECO comes with 3 standard. It is not a option. If they remind you too much of "after school"::) in High School you can take them off...
-
Its the price you pay for being number 1. I'm cool like that. I believe mine is only 2 standard

I've got 4 years out of my harbor freight lasers but I will agree they are cheaply made. I bought some extras for backup but haven't needed them yet.

My rule for Harbor Freight is: If it is something that holds/moves/secures/in charge of a load weighing enough to kill or seriously hurt someone, then it is a no go. 2000lb hoist we use to move stuff from the basement to upstairs was cheaper there but don't know if I want to walk under a 1800lb load secured by Harbor Freight!
They do have some ineradicable deals though. If you keep your eyes open you can find there anti-fatigue mats on sale for $6 for a 4 pack. Bought 40 last time I saw that deal.

It's true, they do have some ineradicable deals.

Are there "zones" on the flash so you can turn sections on and off?

Mine has them. I assume the other models do too, but all 3 of mine are the same. 3 zones. 12 bulbs/ 4 each zone, outside to in. the outer 2 on each end, then the next 2 on each end

Did I see a pull stroke on that bad boy!!!!!!...that's great you can print in both directions, maybe all presses might do it, just never did it on mine and would that not cause a misprint? I will say the press is nice and quit, smooth... a shop full of those and you wouldn't think work was going on.

Just curious why does it need to flash so long?
-
Noticed this as well. Something like a 15 second dwell
-
I had it set for probe mode, where it reads the temperature and whenever you stop the press it takes longer to heat back up because of the honeycomb aluminum. when its running it takes about 3-4 secs to reach the temp. Everytime I tried to video tape I had to stop everything so I could get the camera ready. It goes from reading about 80+ degrees celcius when running to about 40 when you stop. Its something I need to dial in because it can be a pain.

yes it was. the guy who made the screens burned them out of register and I couldn't move the screen anymore so we decided to try and print opposite direction to cover the little bit that was out and it worked. saved the time to redo the screen. The mis-registration is a whole nother story (people not machine)
