Title: Accurip with Photoshop CS4
Post by: inkstain on September 28, 2012, 07:15:45 PM
Hey guys,
Need some help with Accurip.  Just got it the other day along with the epson 4900.
I'm having some issues I didn't have before printing my films through Photoshop.
I used to get clean lines with my designs before.  Now printing with Accurip through Photoshop I'm getting halftone dots on the edges, causing it to be ruff.  It's small but I can see it.
Wondering how you guys combat that when printing through Photoshop?
If you have a step by step that would be awesome.
Thank you

Hey Shane,
I'm using RGB mode.  The image is 100% black.
Should I still try to set it to Grayscale?
Thanks!

It depends upon dpi count. 300 or higher should get smooth enough for apparel. Otherwise the adjusting levels can take out "gray" edges.

If just black or grey scale I would save a copy and try it.
