What is the smallest text you will direct sew? I try and keep it around .2" tall with block fonts. I have a customer that can't grasp why I don't want to sew a serifed font at .11" high.

.25 is the smallest we go....

I try not to go under .25". I will do .2" but I tell customers that they will not look as good as bigger letters.
No serifs at that size for sure.

We keep a few samples of smaller embroidered text around just to show whoever how crappy it sews. A picture is worth a thousand words...

good call, maybe I should do that. We are working on rolling out a new website, we are adding a lot of really neat educational stuff to it. I want to be able to explain to people why we do things but then send them to a website so they can see what I am talking about.
