How does it feel?

You should try this one I'm working on with the discharge underbase. Should work well.

Plastisol overprint?  Nice prints, for sure.

I'm jealous as well.  The local Methodist church has an order in for a similar, but much less exciting one color design.  :)

Yes, all overprint colors is plastisol, @ Dan the feel is very nice better than the pfp plastisol white base, and the halftones work better.  I double stroked the discharge base and the yellow gold everything else is one stroke print union inks CCI discharge base white.  I had to open the back door in the shop the smell was not really bad ,but my wife took it overboard she smells everything.

it gets even better when you start doing full color prints and use a white discharge for the base and highlight!

Once you get comfortable start playing around with true discharge colors. CCI has an introductory PC kit for $75 and Sericol will supply gallon samples usually free of charge. Theres is a finished ink rather than PC

we use true discharge colors alot, but for ease on projects like this we just do plastisol. Whenever we do 8 color prints, for most of our clients they re-order so quick, as they are on tour, that it makes it easy to have the ink ready to go, instead of mixing!

My wife is the same way... we are coating our drying cabinet with Polyeurathane(sp) and she's constantly "uhhh... I feel like I'm gonna throw up... uhhh, it's making me sick"  ::)  Yet, when I tell her to go visit her cousin next door and to go walk outside every 30 mins to get some fresh air she never seems to do it.  Maybe they just like to complain? ;)
