I have a customer requesting that we create bundle packs (2 T's, 1 Hood) together and band them all into a pack. Does anyone have any experience with this process, and if so could you direct me to a source for the Bands/Straps?
Thanks!

...I have used silicone bracelets for this, and you can have them customized....so it adds a percieved value to the shirts. Now whether or not you could stgretch one aroun such a hefty bundle is questionable, But I know they make them in different widths, so maybe they would stretch more?

How about heat seal them in a clear bag, check uline.com

Bagging could work, but would require more work than the customer wants I pay for.

Tell em you'll sell the them the bags the band girlfriends can assemble them ;D Girls like that kinda of stuff right?

I wish, it's for an all dudes school.. no gf's allowed.

Perhaps Sporty Spice's hair bands. 1/4" wide and about 7" in diameter but stretchy. At the dollar store or Walmart in the brush/scruncci aisle. Perhaps a cost effective solution.

What about a roll of ribbon in the schools colors wrap then staple or tye it off or just use clear plastic wrap folded in half.

At one time we had some 1" wide big rubber bands with the company name on them. Used to wrap shirts in them and they worked great.
