Title: Suggestions on Discharge....
Post by: siestasol on March 13, 2012, 09:55:58 AM
We have been discharging for almost 2 years. We have to print a Gildan Irish Green. I know its a C in rating scale. We are using a 110 mesh screen, with 2 hits. CCI White discharge with 6% activator. I made a sample and its not a really bright. Very soft  squeege, with a lot of angle. Anyone have any suggestions to improve the results. We don't use any water with the ink. We also try plasticharge, but the CCI turn out a little more bright, but not enough yet...

WE get better results with a harder squeegie, one stroke on a auto, 160 mesh and max 5% activator.. the more activator the less vibrant but with a C you may need it?
