We don't have a DTF printer, yet. So we order them. We also get a lot from SupaColor since they have blocker bases and things like that.
How is everyone storing these? I keep a lot on file for repeats rather than reordering for each order.
I am looking at probably just building a cabinet base with 2 drawers large enough to hold x-ray folders.

I might be doing it wrong but I just store our extras in a small box, I've had some in there that's a year or so old and every now and then I just grab one and press it just to see. Now I have had some peel off the sheets it was printed on and if it was a one piece full pull it still heat press find without the sheet, but with all that said a nice plastic tote with a top would work fine.

We also have a bunch of leather patches that are smaller. We did find a rolling hanging file system for cheap that we are going to try just to see how it works. I was putting them in bins, separated into their own bags, but it got to be too much.

Clear poly bags with a moisture desiccant in the bag.

We have a couple flat plastic totes that we keep them in after we cut them with the desiccant in the totes. Before we cut the rolls, we put them in a box with the desiccant in the box..
We always print 2 extra on every job and keep for a week or 2 before we toss. As a just in case, so we dont have to print only 1 sometime.
The longest we have used them is a month out..
