Title: glossy image to go on shorts leg

I have the customer that wants a one color glossy image on a leg of some cargo shorts, over the hem at the bottom, a nice flat finish. At first I thought about Thermoflex Glossy HTV, but I do not want to weed 63 of the damn things. Any ideas? A gloss cover sheet post pressing a screened image perhaps? I can't quite seem to find what I'm looking for, and will appreciate any ideas, thanks.

You could screen print it with the color, then overprint that with a clear HD gel or even regular clear base... (If you want to print it).

We have used HD clear gloss for that effect in screen printing, yep!
