Have any of y'all been able to successfully log in to IMS 3.0 today? Last time I was able to successfully login was yesterday afternoon. I'm able to log into the mobile site on my phone, but that version of IMS doesn't provide access to user formulas.

I was on a chat and they said it was down. Then they told me to uninstall the software and reinstall it. It worked after that.

I'm finally back in IMS after the uninstall/reinstall! Now I'm trying to figure out how to back up all of my user formulas to my hard drive.
Hopefully y'all still experiencing problems will be back on track soon, as well! :)

Still won't load >:(
-
Again! Have not had access since Friday.
-
Just called, they don't know when it will be back up. WTF. Glad I just bought another 5 of base. Gotta be a more stable mixing system out there.
-
this is the email i got from them on friday:
We are sorry for your inconvenienceā¦
IMS3.0 is down. The credential validation of IMS3.0 mobile is also down.
Already communicated with our vender to resolve this ASAP
there needs to be an offline version of this software. having it depend on their servers to work is quite silly.

Looks like it's back up.

For folks using IMS's User Formulas side, here's a little refresher for getting those formulas backed up:
- In the Blending tab, select User Formulas
- Once on User Formulas, select Formula Backup (it'll warn you about the time to generate your backup, but it's never taken as long as it says it will)
- After the report is generated, click the floppy disk icon and select your preferred format for the backup
And that's it! One thing to note is that I haven't been able to get IMS to carry over the four Reference fields on the left side of the Blending tab to the backup file, but that's only really an issue if you're in a shop like ours where we off-road the formulas with different bases to get the print we're after and keep those notes in that area. Personally, I prefer to save as an Excel document, that way I can add notes about the different bases next to their respective formulas.
