If you want to speed up production and increase print quality, the Schulze PretreatMAKER Basic is designed to fit most digital direct-to-garment business. Offered by Brother DTG, this entry-level pretreat machine is a fully enclosed unit that contains the spray mist. The spray can be adjusted in 2-inch long increments giving you complete control.
This unit has a three-tank system composed of two pretreat and one water. A fast switching option allows for the use of two pretreatment liquids. The stepper motor ensures a smooth, accurate spray pattern for a high degree of consistency. The large spray area measures 15.7 inches by 17.7 inches.
The large side door and quick-release nozzle make the machine easy to clean. Improved side rails have splash guards reducing overspray issues. The entire machine has a durable zinc and powder-coated housing for rust resistance and durability.
