Title: Quick connect source

What is a good source for air tube quick connections? McCaster has some but not everything I need. I need 4mil, 6mil, 90s, Tees, straights. M10 1, and M8 1 thread pitches. McCaster only has the M10 90 nothing else.

I am good I think. Turns out in the world of tube fittings you have thread types in metric, BSPP, BSPT, NPT, imperial. I determined my threading is either BSPT or BSPP, . I am confident they are BSPT which is tapered since none of the fittings on the machine go in fully to a rubber seal. MSC seems to have the best deal on these so hopefully I have the specs figured correctly.

I tried Amazon but it got to difficult to search for specific thread types needed.

My second sources after McMaster are Automation Direct and then Misumi.
There have been shortages on these lately though.

The BSPT and NPT are going to be most common for air fittings. Somehow metric got bearings and we got pneumatics.

Yes it is a strange system all around, especially for the Brittish who use both metric and imperial mixed. I would hope to have seen a standardized system on all things fastener globally. I think I am running out of time
