Title: Rectangular shape not a rectangular anylonger-cap embroidery

What do we need to do in order to make this look better? This used to be a perfect rectangular shape. Digitizing done by JJ Digitizing.

Wondering if you changed hat style since the previous run and the crown angles back as it goes up?
