Murakami has 20x24, 23x31, 25x36  for custom frames we use Eino Products, Diamond Chase, for custom sized frames, located in So Cal

One of my glassware suppliers said they make their own screens out of 1x2s and removed throw the mesh away each time and then remesh....They figured it was more cost effective than paying labour to clean and reuse a screen...But if you have lots of time on your hands, it might not be the best approach....

These are kind of tricky because there is not much surface to glue to. And being very thin they normally have a bent or twisted frame.

I have only ever heard positive feedback about GSF. I would think they would be a good option. Give Frank a call.
