The closest I could find.
You might be able to tweak them.

  You might have to tweak something. I believe I remember this from the old Chartpak
cut and stick sheets we used to buy before computers back in the olden times.

The legend M54 is a pretty good start.

Also check out IFC INSANE RODEO

I think it's closer to your post.  Does not have the squiggle's that IFC Railroad has.

Still more rounded than squared off. 

However, Legend post by Audiofox looks closest to me.
