Title: PDF help

I had a client to send me this PDF but when I import it to Corel it has individual squares. Is there a trick to getting it where I can separate? Thanks

Zoom in real close, it's a raster image. No vectors in there. I checked it on a mac with Illustrator, but if I zoom in I can see the pixels, which does not happen with a vector image. You could maybe double it's size and run a trace on it...
