This was too easy. 55 line halftone 305 mesh one screen 2 hits no flash.

Thanks all. BTW The CCI white is discharge. We tried printing this image in plastisol using  a wide variety of print parameter combinations an could not get it to look as good. Most likely we would need to re-sep and add at least one gray plate. Some discharge is just plain easier.
