A new video from Ryonet shows how to create a fashion print with the feel of waterbase ink using plastisol by using Wilflex Epic Fashion Soft Base and Curable Reducer with Lava Plastisol to allow printing through a fine mesh for a light deposit.
This tutorial takes you through the process step by step, from properly measuring and mixing the components to printing and curing a two-color design on a polyester-blend shirt. You’ll learn how basing down the ink or adding reducer affects viscosity, printability, opacity and curing and special points to keep in mind.
You’ll also get tips on mesh counts, screen order, print passes and curing. View the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nt1cZxR-OOc&feature=push-u&attr_tag=4CJaakMpOzuqdlmM-6 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nt1cZxR-OOc&feature=push-u&attr_tag=4CJaakMpOzuqdlmM-6)
