I want to purchase a Beta Logic 130 densitometer.     Does anyone have one to sell or know where I can buy one?     I can't find any on Ebay.

I don't even see that as an available model on the Beta Logic site. You're talking about a transmission densitometer, right?
Is it a tabletop or hand held?

What I do find is the X-Rite 301

It's similar to the Xrite 331' Pierre recommended this unit but I cannot find it.

Perhaps it's a discontinued model, and unlike Epson printers, not a lot on the used or NOS market.
