Title: Photoshop - Convert Images to Spot Colors

Ok, this one is almost 10 years old! I used to receive files in Photoshop that I wanted to separate out as spot colors. Again, I'm sure there are better or more advanced ways of doing this, but at the time, it's the way I rolled!

I'm not sure I understand your request. These are spot colors so you can print it any color you want according to what color of ink you have.
