Got a call from a guy in the Tampa area needing a tech that can work on a Richmond brand CTS unit. Evidently Richmond closed up shop, so I'm just trying to get the guy some help if anyone knows of someone he can contact.

I was just about to put in a call for a new keypad for my Solarbeam when I saw this post. Best answer I've found so far has been on their Facebook page.
"Richmond is no longer in business but NexMark LLC has purchased their customer base, their number is (617)207-0701"
Will be giving them a call shortly.

I would pull that keypad and see if there is a mfg. name and model number, but if it's only running the light, there are lots of options...

Thanks, yeah he went that route, I guess the unit he has is an older one with an Epson head, so he was able to find someone a little closer to get it up and running. Thanks guys!
