Job Description
This position over sees the day to day production and is the strongest link between the Daymakers, Art Department, Pre-Press and Post-Press. They are a highly effective communicator and leader who can motivate their team to print the difference one t-shirt at a time. Their excitement for screen printing a high quality product in a consistent and efficient manner is contagious and positive.

Requirements

• 5+ years of screen printing experience
• Leadership experience in a production setting
• Water-Based / Discharge / HSA / Plastisol experienced printer
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Extensive M&R equipment knowledge is extra credit
• Must be willing to relocate to Vero Beach FL if not currently living in the area
• Art experience is highly recommended (ie. how to perform basic separations, dot patterns, LPI and separation techniques
