I did a webinar demo with them over the phone about a year ago.  I liked their system, but in the end I think our homebrew Google Calendar/Quickbooks system works better for us. Their software wasn't bad though.

We chose not to go with them as what they were telling us during the selling stage did not match what the contract said. i felt like we were mislead so we did not buy.  They were nice at a time, but also took weeks to get back with the technical support answers at other times. I also did not have a feeling that they would be there for us if needed.
