Title: Need help opening .AI file

I have a file that isn't backward compatible due to an option not being checked when it was saved.  It won't open in Photoshop or Acrobat either.  Can someone with the latest AI version resave the file as CS6 or backward compatible and send it back to me?

Got it open..  Thanks to IntegrityShirts for the assist and to everyone else who offered!   8)
