Title: Wilflex pc mixing system-did they add new pc to the mix?

We recently ran into trouble trying to mix certain Pantone colors with our Wilflex pc mixing system. Suddenly there were pc that are not part of the standard set. Once a basic red pc was asked for and the other time I think I unfortunately can`t recall what it was but some pc that is not part of the set that apparently mixes all pantone colors. Did Wilflex add some new pcs to the mix with one of the recent software updates?

I believe that they only removed/reformulated the mixes that used the 'red pc'

I bet that that's not uncommon.
Not only are there some colors that are just a pipedream to get close with my Union system, they also came up alternative formulas which each miss it differently!  :o

I've had no issues, even with difficult colors in the different bases.. i contact Steve and his crew at wilflex and they get it spot on for us.

Some Pantone colors haven't been updated to new version. Just contact wilflex(Steve) and they will send you the updated formula to mix that color. I ran into that issue the other day when a formula called for epic red which wasn't in our system.

Please send me the colors you are referring to.  Chances are we have multiple formulations to create them.
