Title: Woven patches
Post by: IamHere on January 24, 2016, 10:28:53 PM
Hi. Could you advise on a reliable source for woven patches?
We are in need of fast production of a small (~150-250) order. I hope some companies in US can do this. We have a super reliable connection in China, but the wait is about 5 weeks, and that is what we don't have this time.
I'm attaching a sample of a different woven patch.

I've used http://www.the-patch-factory.com/ (http://www.the-patch-factory.com/)

Quality product...but they aren't exactly the quickest turn.

Thanks, bud. Sorry, I am just getting back here. I ended-up going with Stadri Emblems in NY.... https://www.stadriemblems.com/ (https://www.stadriemblems.com/)  But a funny thing is, I did see the Miami factory in my search and they look really legit. I will give some work to them eventually, I am sure, to try something different.
Stadri, already ran a few jobs for me. Not bad so far. Its just a learning process of omitting some details, yet keeping logo look cool. I've learned it's always a challenge to have a nice graphics print ready,  converted in to embroidery, and in my case in to woven patches.

Thanks.  In most of my/our cases a quick turn around is needed. I will check them out later too. How is their lead time? Is it 5 weeks or more?
