Ran across this one while doing some searching.  Anyone here have any experience with this one?  Looks like it may fit the bill for us.  We use QB for bookkeeping and really need a better way to manage jobs.

we've looked into it. It automates communication. By Setting up triggers when an action happens, it tells you want to do next, for instance:

When a customer pays your invoice, it notifies you to order blanks, as well as for the art dept. to prep the art for print. Once the art is prepped it notifies you to make the screen.


etc....
it seems helpful in alot of aspects!
