Title: Hydrochromic inks for shirts

What do I need to dye my shirts with these matsui inks? I am not getting an answer from anyone.

I suggested once before in another thread that you contact a company representative. Did you?
Though his answer on a public forum would be welcome, I also see that he hasn't been around in a while.
