Title: LPI & Degree print settings in CS6

I have a question that hopefully someone can help me with.

I am in the process of trying to print screens for the attached design from Ultra Seps inside CS6 and am having trouble with NOT being able to find the location to adjust the LPI and Degrees in print settings CS6. I'm using Accurip as my RIP!!

I have attached what is on the screen when I go to the Print function and make the changes to the color setting and separations but there is no place that allows me to adjust the pertinent areas of topic.

Is there another location where these settings might be? I never had a problem finding them in CS3. Thank you in advance for your time.

Adjust settings in Accurip, then print to accurip from illustrator.

Accurip only allows you 1 setting for all screens. There is no option to change lines and angles to each screen. Does this matter or are you telling me to save the file and then open and print from Illustrator which will have the settings there?

did you want to run different line frequencies on the different colors?

It's possible that I might want to change my white base a little if I have on press issues as described in the Ultra Seps recommendations. CS3 allowed you to make these changes in the separations settings when clicking to separations in the printer options.
I'm new to CS6 and finding things quite a bit different. Especially since I rarely use PS or Illustrator. I mainly use CDraw for my printing needs. I do mainly athletic type printing but decided to take a leap and try to be a little more creative.

If any of your questions may be Ultra Seps specific, I suggest you contact Steve R directly (if he doesn't see this thread and respond first.

I had already sent Steve an email but it bounced back undeliverable. I used one that I had for him in the past!

Didn't adobe get rid of that in cs6? I remember Scott fressner saying something like that. Idiots!!!!

Honestly you don't need to mess with settings for all screens. Some believe you do, but if you do them all the same you usually won't have any issues unless your mesh is stretched incorrectly/or at same angle as your set. 61 degrees or 22.5

Sent me into Illustrator for my seps printing needs. Works like a dream!!

yes, stick with 61 and 22.5!
