Title: 1 question about bezier tool in coreldraw x5
Post by: Mark @ Hurricane Printing on August 11, 2015, 03:41:23 PM
if i use the bezier tool to create an object like a flame....how do i fill it? I created a simple flame using this tool and the flame is closed off, meaning all points connect, so i should be able to fill it, right?...when i go to fill it all that changes is the pen stroke color...not the object.

if the outline is changing then you are right clicking on the color,  to do a fill the left click on the color once you have the object selected.

i don't use the Bezier much at all, but Smart Fill seems to work.

1. open your property tool bar,
2. select the object,
3 fifth button from the right on your property tool bar is the "close curve " button. if its greyed out your curve is closed , if you can click it - you curve was open - but shoudl now be closed
4. color pallet - left mouse button fills, right mouse button changes outline color.

hope this helps
