This is my first time diving into this type of print. Was hoping some of the seasoned pros could chime in with any advice. Curious how well you guys think this will print?
Just a little something for ourselves to giveaway.

"Could not complete request because the specified color book cannot be found"
In short, I can't open your photoshop file.....

What version of PS are you running? Came out of CC 2014.

Real easy with good seps.... White base, flash, blue, red, gray(that gray has a big ole solid area of ink so I'd print it right before the flash), flash, top white. Having a good underbase so the top colors can fall nicely into the shirt is key as well as inks that allow for good transition from the base to the shirt fabric. This is super easy to sep in psd using rgb channels then making adjustments. Plenty of ways to print this as others I'm sure have a different approach but this is how I'd run it.

What Danny said, and maybe a process black on that flag, before the white on your highest mesh since it's a show piece.

Photoshop CS4.
But everyone else gave you great advice!

Yeah, it's not too tough, a good test for your first try, you will gain some confidence from doing it. I'm with Danny on the seps, maybe on the left front you could live without the highlight white if necessary, (since it's small) but if you're going for a show piece, use the highlight...
