Title: Roller Squeegee on a Sabre
Post by: acescreen on April 17, 2015, 11:02:16 PM
Anyone got a roller squeegee on the new Sabre. I got my order on hold at Action and I just want to make sure everything will fit and work properly.

I know Action advertises the roller with the teflon sheet and the "roller kit" that comes with the roller squeegee and a screen with the teflon adhered to it. Has anyone bought the kit?

Any tips tricks for using the roller setup would be appreciated.

Mike

Don't have a sabre, but I did buy the roller/teflon kit for my diamondback.
All it is is the roller squeegee and a pre-cut piece of teflon. You'll have to buy the adhesive of your choice to glue the teflon onto the back of the screen.

I would assume it works just the same for the sabre as it does for other presses!

As for tips on using it, just put it in the head after your flash and start reaping the benefits of it.
Or you could use it as a lint pickup screen before your first printing head. Use another screen and just spray some spray tac on the bottom, then use as normal.

I am pretty sure the new kits come ready to use out of the box.  Screen with teflon attached is included.
