Title: Wilflex IMS and Sartorius Scale

I just got a Sartorius PMA7500 and cannot connect it to my computer using the USB to serial cable I bought thru Poly One.

Does anyone have a PMA7500 that works and connects to the computer, or do I HAVE to have a PMA7501?

we use PMA7500, but it's connected with RS232 port. With Polyone $$$ cable. I think it was around $100, still cheaper than testing all possible wiring combinations

I bought one to connect to a servo amp. It looks like a serial connection, but there's a slight difference.
