Title: Aqua Block?
Post by: 3Deep on November 04, 2014, 11:34:03 AM
Pros/Cons using Aqua Block I got a sample bottle a few weeks ago and just starting to use it, so I'm I coating both sides or just the back side and letting it dry?  will I really save money using aqua block instead of tape, tape is getting costly.

I've always used blockouts on the print side only; this is a different animal, but I think our screen guy does outside only

Works for under a hundred or so but a CCI birdie is recommending going back to post exposed emulsion for the big runs> Water resist not water proof

We only apply it to the print side.  We only use it for runs under 250pcs.  Anything larger and we PE, harden, and tape.

Thanks fellers, I was thinking on those lines as I really never used block out, just tape the inside of the frame and roll with it....short runs it is :)
