Title: Highland machine
Post by: Binkspot on October 28, 2014, 11:30:34 AM
We have an opertunity to pick up a 2 year old low use 4 head, 15 needle Highland embroidery machine to bring the service back in house. Never heard of them, wondering if anyone has or has any input. They look like a Tajima knock off.

Thanks in advance.

Yup. Tajima knockoff distributed by Messa I think.
The machines looked OK on the shows, but then again, Ricoma, Imbro and other crappy machines look great at the shows :)
They have been around in the US for a few years, as per a sales guy, made in China and finalized in Texas (I believe) after they come in the States.
I believe, MESSA people do the final touches here.

Have not heard much bad about them, on the other hand, I have not heard much good either.
