We just installed a "new to us" 2006 M&R Sportsman-E and can't figure out how to resume the revolver mode if we have to stop for a fuzz ball or pinhole. With the Diamondback, you could just resume automatic and keep on trucking. When we try that with the Sportsman, it seems to reset and make the pallet at the load station number one again and reset the revolver sequence.
We understand how to set the revolver. That's not the issue. We just need to know how to resume if we flip the toggle out of "Auto" to stop the carousel. I'll just be crazy if there is no way to do this.
Anyone? Help would be appreciated!

I'm not sure if they've changed something between yours and mine but I have a 2010 sportsman e and all I have to do is flip the far right switch "down & up" to continue where it left off. That's if yours is the same. Hope that helps.

So your controls look like this and all you do is to stop the carousel by flipping the 3 position toggle to the middle position and then back up to "auto" when you want the carousel to start back up?

It looks identical. I stop it by putting the auto switch in the middle and start it printing where it left off by flipping the same switch down & up

We'll try it again but I believe that reset the whole revolver sequence to the pallet that at the load station at the time we took it out of auto.
I'd be curious if anyone else might comment on this.

That's crazy. If you have time give me a ring 8705011648

Pretty sure SSM has you on the right track there.
On the manual/automatic mode, clicking to the manual (momentary) side will cycle the press. If you flip it to automatic before the flash/index timer runs out, it will keep going.
Flipping to automatic and hitting print start will start the revolver program at the beginning again.

Our Gauntlet was the same as ShirtShackandMore mentioned. Possible you flipped it the other way?

on my 2005 all i do id flick the switch down up

I've seen operators (NO, I NEVER HAVE) do print start rather than manual/auto. Explains exactly what you are saying

Thanks, my printer is just adjusting from the Diamondback interface to this Sportsman. Although similar, it's a bit different. I appreciate all the advice here. I think we have it now.

Too bad we can't upgrade these controls with that newest Sportsman interface.
