Title: screen reclaiming products

Hi bought a tank to reclaim my screens at my house 2 months ago i notice to start having clogs in my pipe line frequently.
is any products out there that you guys gals may recommend?
I`m looking for something that can dissolve better the emulsion as well as the ink

Your getting too much solid waste into your pipes.  You need a filter system in your drain.  Do a search here and you can find several discussions of such a setup.

you should have a 3 part system at min...1 large screen to catch the big crap, then a finer screen and then a super fine screen to catch just about everything but liquid...
