Does anyone know of a supplier that stocks quarts of this on the East Coast or at least closer to NY than California?

good luck....They supply CCI chemicals, but not the inks! To save you from the BS I am going through, I would say order direct from CCI..I'm in NY too...Now, I mostly use Sericol due to availability...except for D- white, D-base and activator....

That's the deal, I don't know of anyone who actually stocks the ink, many have the chemicals though.
Come to think of it that's a great reminder I may actually have some sericol flo yellow at the shop from a year or 2 ago!

SPSI is supposed to start stocking it, and Ryonet stocks it(they just re brand it as their own house brand). I know neither of those are much closer to NY, but may shave a day or two of your shipping time....

Find the CCI rep in your area, he probably stocks it. The rep in my area stocks it at his house.

CCI rep up my way is Scott, he has a few items in stock at his house as well, I believe black and white....Pierre may know more...CCI colors are really tough to get around here without going direct.

perhaps that will change as CCI has three folks signed up here, and they just may see the demand and pass the info on up the food chain.

I spoke to the rep about a year ago but just about everything had to come from California, I was looking for a shorter turnaround for earlier in the week without expediated shipping.

From what I got from our rep and talking with the guys at SPSI it was more of a issue with SPSI. They rep and sell Rutland first. They did say I could let them know what I wanted them to stock and they would stock it. But add like 10% AND sales tax, so ultimately a 18%ish increase, I'll pass8)

Nazdar usually pushes us(printers) on their Magna line... They will sell the CCI stuff but usually needs to be drop shipped. That could of changed, but that has been my experience.

Funny thing Nazdar pushes the Magna line then promise they will send someone out (supposed to be one of the lead guys) to show us how to use the product properly and make sure we are dialed in using it and then get passed over. Ready to pull the trigger on the stuff. Then to try and smooth things over offer to send a sales rep out who (nothing against him he realy is a great guy) has never actually worked with the product. If it was up to me we would never buy another thing from Nazdar.

I do like nazdar and do give them some of my business, my rep Julie is a great person, but I agree their reps don't know much about the Magna except what they learn from their customers.

I give Nazdar credit for good customer support there is one instance where they went above and beyond for me. I have no experience with their technical support though.
It seems that most of the places that sell CCI chemicals already have a WB/DC company they rep and leave the CCI DC system as a "if needed" product.
The two things I dislike about ordering direct from CCI are minimal at best.
1) Shipping time, 4 days for us.
2) No online ordering.
They are always super nice when we call and for the most part get our stuff shipped same day.
Ryonet has also all of a sudden became very aggressive with their pricing.... If I start ordering from them it actually cuts my shipping down to 3 days.

My problem with Ryonet has always been they are TOO HIGH. CCI rep in my area Gary Fox is a super nice guy and will deliver to me for free.

Brian: I'll come right out and say it: "We (Nazdar SourceOne) screwed up with scheduling Carl Busey to visit your facility in March ahead of the Atlantic City ISS show. After you and I spoke in Long Beach in January, I was confident that we had things organized for Carl to work with you the week he was in your area.
I don't know for sure what happened back in March, but the bottom line is we didn't get into your facility as we had committed to do. I sincere regret that this didn't come off as planned, and unfortunately I can't change what occurred earlier this year. if you are still interested in conducting some trials with WB inks please let me know and I'll get it set up.

Peter you know I have the upmost respect for you, David, Rob and Tom and should not have brought that up. Yes I am disappointed and frustrated with how it all went down and no we can't change the past and yes Nazdar has treated us well (I will give Megan and David credit for that). I appreciate the offer but right now will decline.

If you guys could give me an idea of what colors and quantities you'd like to see stocked I will have some brought into a couple East Coast locations (north & south). I am in the process of making this available to all of you as soon as possible and would appreciate some input.
