Title: 90s Tuf Javelin Registration problem

Im having registration issues on my Javelin, 4 Of my pallets keep perfect registration but the 5th-8th pallets are out of registration, where should i start to troubleshoot. Thanks In Advance.

Check pallet leveling. All should have the same off-contact to the same screen, or preferably, the stroke of one of the heads sgueegee or flood.

@Paul thanks I will if i need to, I'm double checking everything this morning. Phil has been such a blessing to me since i got this thing up & running, Workhorse Rocks! I plan to purchase new soon, the support you guys provide is off the scale from a At!!! Thanks Again!

also check the bearings that the pallet arms ride up and down on... kinda hard to describe, but in the center shaft area there's 6 bearings, 3 on top, 3 on the bottom.  when the table is in the down position, make sure that all 3 bearings are tight (that is, if you try to roll them with your fingers, they don't roll), then table up and check the 3 lower bearings.

if any of them are loose, you'll definitely have problems.

Thanks a million guys my pallets had worked themselves out of registration, used the two nickels for all pallets on a new screen & I'm back rolling registration perfect. Thanks everyone!
