As a result of deciding to move closer to family in Tennessee and the slow performance of my shop in Fl, I had been on the hunt for a new Co. to work for that could use my skill set near my new home. During this time, I was offered to discuss the possibilities of how I can fit the current needs of a Co. that is home based outside the State of TN. This is a position is to work remotely and travel to client screen print shops all over the US and abroad as needed. I will stay in TN. This position is with a great company that has always been respected and well known in the industry. They have taken their Digital division to new heights and are booming! The superior technology and extreme levels of quality product and support are only a few factors to be extremely proud of.
A few responsibilities of the position are a little different than what I've done before, but we are all confident that I'll be able to make a substantial contribution to the team. There are many opportunities to grow and that was a major factor for me.
I feel I should point out in advance, that this position is with a respected industry manufacturer. It is for full time employment and has no connection with this forum or any of its owners in any way.
It should be said, that my personal employment will be kept separate from my job functions of this forum as one of the owners. The two are not to be considered connected in any way. My new position will provide me with more accurate and specific knowledge of some products that some of our forum members may have in their own shops. For that reason, I may be able to provide those members with some technical assistance and answer specific questions on products that they currently own. I will not be connected with sales in any form. With this position, it goes without saying, I would be able to more accurately comment on those products and services. I am 1/3rd owner of this forum and as such, I will not be able to indicate a preference, providing favoritism nor any special attention to promote one Co or product over the other while participating in this forum. If you have any technical questions pertaining to products that I service, please feel free to contact me directly.
The new position is Digital Technician for M&R specializing in the installation and client training of the operation of the ST and STE (LED) Direct to Screen devices with additional training and installation of all other Digital devices. This position will also make use of my creative skills/experiences in art departments and screen rooms as well as R&D.
Thank you for your time and support in my new endeavors.

Indeed. And as most know M&R has a ridiculously low turnover so you're pretty much set for life.
I am very glad everything worked out.

Thanks to everyone for the well wishes. It's a big change from what I've been doing but fits well within my scope of capabilities. I have to say, the training thus far has been extensive beyond what you might imagine. It's unbelievable and eye opening. I haven't even gotten to the operation of the STE's in full. I'm humbled to be there. I'm a small fish in a big pond but welcomed by all.
I'm excited to see if I can help take them any further if possible.
Thanks all!
