I think Matsui does, but I haven't had any luck with getting info from them. If you can, I would be interested in finding out where to get it and price if possible.

I believe this is the opposite of what the op is looking for, although that is pretty cool too. This was on an episode of shark tank...here is the product

I was thinking the same thing. That ink can only be for a wet t-shirt contest or a foam party.
