Title: Cryptolocker computer virus......

Our business was hit with this computer virus this week.  Anyone have any experience with this.  To give you all an idea of the severity of this, we have lost every art/sewing file saved in the network.

Any advise or help is greatly appreciated.

Turn the internet off, start in safe mode and do a system restore

Too late for that all the files are encrypted.  Just had our Tech guy in and he removed the main computer and the back up drivers from the closet, and will plug it into his network.  We never received the error page that counts down, and I first noticed it Monday afternoon when trying to open files in Corel and AI to out put film.
