For tech garments. Wilflex Poly white w/ 7% HD Clear.

Does the HD make the ink little more printable?  I used it the other day on some jerseys and it was so smooth that it felt like it was heat pressed after printing.

Yes the HD Clear increases flow properties. Also good for spandex/lycra blends. For cottons use the same ratio using any cotton white you prefer.

I like it too, I just wish it was a bit thinner.

My only warning with this mix, is that HD Clear doesn't have any bleed resistance in it. So, when you add, it actually reduces the bleed resistance of PolyWhite. 

If you want a stretchy polyester with a high level of bleed resistance, try Epic Peformance White.

To make PolyWhite a bit easier to print, reduce with Viscosity Buster. Only add 1 to 3% by weight and it will help with it's flow and will de tack the ink.
