We're mixing up a batch, and all of a sudden, the ink is congealing immediately after we mix it up??? Anyone? Buehler? (Uniion reps are on vacation, sheesh)

had a similar problem with nylonbond few months back. Check the white ink compatibility and maybe even make sure it is not the phthalate free version (not sure if it would make any difference, but trying to come up with something).

CCertain inks, primarily high solids such as Maxopaque, are not always chemically compatible to the liquid plasticharge additive. They will "cheese up" on you.
