Here is the run I did today. Five colors, 200 pieces. Printed on a Vastex 2000.
The football is from Great Dane. I added text and text effects in Corel. Since I'm cheap and haven't bought an actual RIP, I can't print from photoshop, so I imported separation channels from photoshop into Corel and basically re-sep'd it, and printed through GhostScript. This method is clunky and won't work for higher end work, but for these types of things, it works just fine. All screens were at 55lpi, except the underbase, which was 45lpi and the black which was at 65.
1: Underbase - 156/45lpi
2: Scarlet Red - 230/55lpi
3: Golden Yellow - 230/55lpi
4: Hi White - 230/55lpi
5: Black - 305/65lpi
Let me know what you think!
