Spoke to parts and service this afternoon and the part was still out of stock.

I do not expect every part to be in stock, especially for older machines.  But I do expect a part to be available a little sooner than a couple of weeks.

tonypep, I asked the parts dept for an option other than waiting, she said nothing of the ability of acquiring it locally.
I took it upon myself to search the SMC website.  They are shipping it to me overnight.

I see that 244 edited his original reply and updated the info to say that they shipped a part today...someone there must have gone to SMC also.

Actually the part came in and was picked for shipment at 11:58 this morning  which was one hour before this post. The part was shipped in early from the vendor.

SMC and Norgren parts are carried by Motion Industries, warehouses in almost every state.

Well, the parts dept told me at about 12:30 pm today that the shipment was due in to M&R on the 15th but had not arrived yet.

Guess I will have extra on my shelf now...
