GTS 6/8 WTF?

New one on me. Having to adjust index speed daily all of the sudden. First its too slow, we speed it up to normal, next day too fast, we correct it, now today too slow again. Machine is dry with consant air PSI and we are not experiencing this on the other machines. In fact I've never seen this ever.

yup that would be my guess...or the solenoid that controls the valve...i had that one.  it was warm-hot to the touch and was killing my index speed

Bad index cylinder, tank full of water in base, or press being fed with rubber hose that the inner lining has collapsed would be my guess.

I instructed shipping to do so. Will track tomorrow. Noticed that the index issue hit as soon as our weather turned cold, then warm, etc. Is that a clue? Flex line to press is new. Tank dry.

flex line may be collapsed inside.
