M&R "The superior business role model"
« on: October 17, 2013, 08:10:04 PM »
I've got to say, through the years in our business that we have improved our product and have made good any defective print jobs that rolled out of our shop "no matter how costly and painful it was".  That being said, even though we have made those and several other improvements that we can't hold a candle to M&R's business model.  All I can do is strive for it.  I read several forums/opinions of M&R equipment and most of all their "after the sale" support before we purchased our Sportsman E and our Mini sprint dryer.  There is nothing like seeing their support after the purchase first hand though.  Rich just went way past his call of duty to help me solve problems with my press.

All I can say is thanks first and secondly I'd shop no other place than M&R for anything related to screenprinting equipment.   Thanks again Rich.
It's not a job if you love doing it.
