You should look at vein types as well More efficient and you do not even need to mess with them for 50k hours. Yes i did say 50,000 hours. I picked mine up used for 3500 and it will run 2-3 all air machines wide open.

I will get you the local info Gerry. The place I got it from was great and all they do are industrial compressors. Mine is made by Mattei.

Very cool, do they make any single phase units?.... Damn I need 3 phase in my shop, but cost is crazy to have it put in...

$20000 - $30000 to put 3ph. in where I am.  :( Getting a good, used, big auto was a challenge, but Workhorse Falcon E fit the bill. My compressor is taxed when running the auto multi-head over 40doz/hr. and running the pad printer at the same time. An additional fan on the electric motor stopped it from thermal shutdowns, but I know I'm running it too hard at peak production.

 Check out eaton compressors they have 10 hp single phase 45cfm for  less than $8000. Rotaryscrew.
