white ink on a navy/navy foam faced trucker hats
« on: July 19, 2011, 12:21:14 AM »
I have a small job 12 solid navy trucker hats, the foam faced style with white ink. The way I'm set up for hats is I print onto transfer paper and heat press them. If Direct printing I would use alittle puff but since these are heat pressed, I don't think that'll help too much.

I used to do a lot of these, and I would print my transfers through a pretty low mesh screen like a 110 or even as coarse as an 86.
At any rate, use the puff it you want, but remember to use a low bleed white.

That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

110 mesh, low bleed white, like Andy says. Light to medium pressure on the hat press too...
