Stahls’ Offers Three New Prespaced Number Fonts Achieve multilayer looks without adding weight to hockey jerseys

Stahls’ ID Direct™ offers three new prespaced number fonts—Varsity Gap Outline, Pro Gap Outline and Team US Gap Outline. These new fonts are an up-and-coming trend in decorating team uniforms that provides customers an ideal option to create lightweight, multilayer looks.

The Gap Outline style features a primary number and an outline of that primary number cut from the same color of heat transfer material. The gap between the number and the outline allows the garment to show through creating a two-color look.

Gap Outline numbers come pre-aligned on a clear carrier and are ready for heat application onto a jersey. Apply numbers in just one step per color. Gap Outline numbers save time and reduce layout error.

All three new fonts—Varsity Gap Outline, Pro Gap Outline and Team US Gap Outline are available in 4, 6, 8, and 10-inch numbers in 20 colors of Thermo-FILM® and 11 colors of Thermo-GRIP®.

This single-color offering can be used to create multicolor looks, without the heavier weight of a standard multi-color layered number. Just swap the inside number of one pre-aligned Gap Outline with the inside number of one in another color, resulting in a three-color look—two heat transfer material colors and the color of the garment showing through the gap.  Gap Outline numbers also match the exact size of Stahls’ precut numbers, allowing decorators to swap outlines with precut numbers for a mixed media look.
